We are T-minus 33 days until the season starts! We've been working hard behind the scenes to get ready for another epic summer. Lots of DEADLINES for ordering in this email...please help us out by reading all the way through!

Last Swim Assessment and Team Suits

Reminder for our final swim assessment (new swimmers only) and swimsuit fitting (all swimmers) this Sunday 4/27 @ C26 Hub pool @ Bluhawk 6:30-8pm. Come anytime in that window that's convenient for you.

All swimmers need to have a team suit purchased by April 30. If you can't make it to the suit fitting on Sunday, you can go to Swim Quik anytime and/or order online: https://swimquik.myshopify.com/collections/mills-f...

Suits will be mailed to your home before the first meet. If you also ordered swim caps, they will be delivered to Lindsay and handed out (typically right before the first meet.)

Mustang Spirit Wear - DEADLINE APR. 30

Mustang dad Jacob Scoby has put together an awesome package of team spiritwear for us! (He even included a nice golf shirt for the dads!) We love supporting one of our own AND wearing Mustang pride all summer long. Here's a small sample of the items available:

We have a quick ordering window, so hop on and get your orders in by April 30! (We highly recommend kids have one of the mesh backpacks.  It allows their wet clothes and towels to dry, and keeps the mold away! Most kids bring this to every practice and meet.)

WANTED: Sponsors!

We use team sponsorship dollars to do all the fun “extra” stuff that makes our team special as well as fund equipment needs. We are significantly down on sponsorship dollars this year – if you can help, our team would be so grateful! Sponsors have their businesses thanked by DJ Mike at all swim meets, and their name on a large banner that is hung at the pool all summer long. Certain levels of sponsorship come with reserved front row seats at meets and the opportunity to have a table to hand out coupons/prizes etc. at meets. Last Day to Cancel Registration - May 1

May 1 is the deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund. To cancel, email Lindsay @ [email protected].

Volunteer Sign-ups and Buyout Deadline - May 1

Parent volunteer sign-ups for the entire summer will be on Thursday. May 15 at 8pm on our website. There are plenty of slots for everyone – we let parents sign up first, then fill in with college helpers for remaining slots. 

Each family must sign up for SIX total volunteer credits for the summer. (Some jobs are worth one credit, some two, depending on the time required.)

If you would like to buy out of your volunteer requirement for $575, email Lindsay. ([email protected]) Buyouts must be complete by May 1.
